Kevin H. Ende, MD is a specialist in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Hair Transplant. Formerly on the clinical faculty for the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), where Dr. Ende taught advanced surgical techniques in rhinoplasty, facial plastic surgery, and other areas of head and neck surgery to residents in training, Dr. Ende has now brought his skills to Manhattan, New York.
Dr. Ende was trained in San Francisco by the former president of the International Society for Hair Restoration Surgery– the innovator of modern hair transplant techniques– and by two of the most influential pioneers in facial plastic surgery. One is currently vice president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Ende is double board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Ende is also a fellow of the American Academies of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology, and a member of the International Society for Hair Restoration Surgery.
As a clinical investigator for ten FDA trials, Dr. Ende has been part of the original research for innovative facial treatments such as BoTox® and other wrinkle treatments on the market or soon to be released. An expert in the field, Dr. Ende has also published articles on facial fillers, wrinkle treatments, lip surgery, chemical peels, hairline lowering, scalp surgery, wound healing, and psychological issues surrounding cosmetic surgery. Dr. Ende also designed and conducted his own trial in San Francisco on Perlane®and Radiesse®, and published two articles based on his research work with the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Dr. Ende has had an extensive education. A graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Robert Wood Johnson Medical School), Dr. Ende continued his training with a General Surgery internship at Temple University followed by a Head and Neck Surgery residency at Temple University Hospital, Temple University Children’s Hospital, Hahnemann University Hospital, Fox Chase Cancer Center, and Abington Memorial Hospital. He completed his specialty training with a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in San Francisco. Dr. Ende now performs a full range of facial cosmetic surgery for the aging face, hair transplant and high hairline surgery, and performs minimally invasive treatments such as wrinkle fillers and Botox®. Dr. Ende was named to America’s Top Physicians & Surgeons: Facial Plastic Surgery, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.

The 5th Edition of Hair Transplantation, 2011. This textbook is considered the bible of hair restoration and transplantation.
